Small bumps on places I scratch and sweat (all over)

I have been breaking out with little cluster of bumps that don't usually itch recently on my wrist where I do were bracelets and watches, hand, and most recently my penis. I have had this break out for a while since I was 13 but it went away and just seem to come back. I thought it was eczema but I went the doctors and they don't know what it could be. I mostly seems to appear in place I scratch and sweat. It is on my arms, sides on my hip, I have some around my belly button, inner ankle and it has recently spread to my penis shaft. I recently been using use coconut oil for skin lubricant. I don't think I am allergic to anything but I starting to think I could be. Please help these bumps don't seem to be contagious or is but they are ugly and embarrassing. What can it be?
