Small colorless bumps on chest & shoulders; not itchy

I moved from the US to Thailand a couple of months ago, and every time I rid myself of some strange skin condition, I seem to develop a new one.

For a little more than a month now, I have had patches of small colorless bumps on my chest and on one shoulder. They aren't painful or itchy. I went to a clinic and they prescribed me antibiotics (as that seems to be the suggested remedy for just about everything in this country). I finished a 10 day stretch of using the antibiotics, and the bumps are still just as numerous. I will say, however, that the medication did seem to reduce the size of some of the bumps. That is, before I started the medication, some of the bumps looked more like large pus-filled whiteheads (although I never actually popped one to see if it contained pus), whereas they are now all relatively uniform in size.

I've attached a photo. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It could have been due to sweat dermatitis or folliculitis. The main treatment for sweat dermatitis is prevention. The best thing to consider is to prevent that portion of the body from sweating like by wearing light and cotton clothes, taking cool refreshing baths, maintaining the temperature in your homes and cars and avoiding strenuous activities.

If however sweat dermatitis occurs, then apply mild corticosteroid creams like dermacort or hydrocortisone or calamine lotion on the rashes. Also apply topical antibiotics like Neosporin cream on the bumps.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
