Small holes on forearm

Hello, I've recently noticed two small holes on my forearm. I have experienced this before; two holes of almost same size, right next to each other. I'm certain it's not a bite, and nothing happens when I squeeze them. I'm quite worried as to what it could be. Can anyone help me?

I would guess that you have a few very deep pours that are probably clogged- sometimes when you have that, you won't always get something out of it just by squeezing.  To be sure though, have a dermatologist give you an exam it in person.

I doubt that they are clogged pores (they're now filled with some yellow-ish crust that bleeds when pinched), but thank you for the advice.
