Small red bumps down there that sting!? HELP :(

Ugh okay so I’m kinda worried at this point!!! Idk what was the cause but I ended up with a perineum tear as well as a small one on my butt crack and I’ve been avoiding using toilet paper to clean my poop. I only use TP when I pee & I Pat that area & baby whipped for the poop. Anyways, I’ve started to develop small bumps around the tear & a couple under the butthole?? If I try to use tp I get a sting. Even whipes make it sting! Idk what’s the cause of these things happening but pls help if you’ve experienced this!! I’m getting worried ! /:
I wanna go to the GYN but I’m a bit nervous w that.
I atm maybe think it’s folliculitis but not 100% sure.

How are you doing?  Were you able to get to your GYN?  Hope you are on the mend!

Don't hesitate to get to a GYN- it's important if your condition is getting worse and more painful that you do see someone to check for signs of an infection and give you a better idea of what's happening.
