Small red bumps on skin, please help!

Okay, so I have these small red bumps all over my body.  They are small, getting as big in circumference as maybe a BB (as in BB gun).  They don't exactly itch constantly, only sometimes.  Although they feel good to scratch.  They swell up a bit, but never get white heads or pus, and when I squeeze them (gross I know), just clear liquid comes out, almost sweat like.  At first there are only a few but then they soon spread, sometimes showing up at a completely different location (starting at naval, then appearing at elbow or something). They mostly occur just beneath the naval but then spread to inner thighs, chest, hips, arm pits, elbows, and occasionally my hands.  Sometimes it will last only a week or two.  But last time, they last for over two months!  This has been happening off and on for over 3 years!

I've been to the doctor, which was pointless.  She told me with utmost certainty that it was scabies.  I know it wasn't on several levels, but she didn't listen.  For one, no one around me, including my girlfriend whom I sleep with every night, has never got them!  And scabies are suppose to be highly contagious.  So, its not scabies!
For a good while, I thought it was heat rash, but it comes on when I haven't been in the heat.  It's come on during the winter even.  Plus, I've done every treatment for heat rash known to man, and none have even helped at all.

It seems to leave when it wants and comes when it wants.  This actually all started three years ago.  Now, this might be unrelated but I should mention it just in case, but I was clearing out some overgrown vine with my bare hands and when I tore some down, I got a scratch between my knuckle.  A day or two later, this rash appeared.  It spread over my hand, then to my other hand, then my armpits, then finally my stomach area.  And it's been coming around about every 2-3 months ever since.

I've been to a doctor, looked at a billion pics, posted lots of threads.  I'm at my wits end with this, PLEASE HELP ANYONE!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to allergic reaction, folliculitis, sweat dermatitis or heat rash. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I am fairly cetain we have a "Textile dermatitis" here. Allergic contact dermatitis secondary to formaldehyde resins used for textile finishes are getting commoner. A patch test should settle the issue.
