Small red bumps on stomach, chest, and arms

About 5 days ago I noticed I had a bunch of red dots on my chest and arms.  At first they didn't seem to be bumps, but now I can feel raised bumps on my chest and stomach.  They don't itch or hurt, I haven't changed any detergents or soap, and I changed my sheets recently.  I also have a couple on my feet and hands, and this morning I woke up to a slight "tingling" sensation if I rub my hands together or put pressure on my feet.  It's almost like when an appendage "falls asleep" and wakes back up, but not exactly the same.

I've attached a photo of the left side of my stomach/chest from a day or two ago.  I can take better ones if need be.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but the site and symptoms are suggestive of shingles. The first sign is usually a tingling feeling, itchiness, or stabbing pain on the skin. After a few days, a rash appears as a band or patch of raised dots on the side of the trunk or face. The rash develops into small, fluid-filled blisters which begin to dry out and crust over within several days. When the rash is at its peak, symptoms can range from mild itching to extreme and intense pain. The other possibilities are of heat rash, sweat dermatitis or folliculitis.

My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Also, 95% of these dots disappear when you do the "glass test" and push on them, so that seems to be a strike against petechiae.  That and they are now mostly bumps.
