Small red spots on legs that don't hurt or itch

I've had red, barely raised, non-itchy spots on the top of my feet and lower legs where they were exposed at a bonfire 5 nights ago http://imageshack.us/g/1/10184009/

At first I thought they were bug bites, but they don't itch, then heat rash (I was close to a hot fire and wear very thick Eucerine body lotion) but again, no itching. They look like purpura but my immune system shouldn't be that bad as I eat well and exercise. I've been achey but I also recently did 3 hours of gardening and walked for six miles over the past few days and the aching muscles are consistent with that type of work. I also had diarrhea yesterday and a gassy stomach ache, but it's gone today. I'm not sure if those symptoms are related or just normal reaction to stress on my body.

I attempted to "pop" some and clear liquid came out (trapped sweat consistent with heat rash?), no blood. The ones I "popped" turn white with pressure but the ones I didn't stay red. I need to figure out if I'll need to visit a doctor because I have no insurance and not much money to cover a doctor's visit so I really don't want to spend the money if it's nothing major.

That's right, sometimes it can pass off without much problem, and may not present with all cardinal symptoms.

Thanks, but the pain wasn't in my joints, but my muscles.

These look like  anaphylactoid purpura, and can be associated with abdominal pain or joint symptoms.
