Small seed like bump on penis

Hello I am in my 20's and have a tiny seed like bump, kind of like a elongated oval, less then qtr inch long. On left side looking down before the head of the penis close to a vein.

I have had this there as long at I can remember since preteen-teenage years I always chalked it up as a tiny birthmark.

When I squeeze and in past squeezed it, white pimple like substance comes out but only a very very small amount and comes out in the shape and consistency of a black head without the black. So I didn't think much of it maybe just clogged pores etc or whatever.

When I was in military I was diagnosed with varicocele I think it's called where something to do with blood vessels and pain every now and then but nothing serious.

After squeezed it looks slightly smaller but still there.

The other day I noticed it again (thought ive forgotten about it) so then i went to restroom and squeezed and squeezed and eventually I think I broke skin but more then usual of the white stuff came out

Doesn't hurt other then the small scab over it. Looks like a small rugged burn. Lol
However I cannot tell if it's still there since a scab is there. Until it heals.

My question is what is this? It's been there my whole life. Doesn't hurt, and no issue other then under close inspection it can be noticed.

I'm not sure off the top of my head what it could be, but I did a little searching on our old expert forum for you and found this- https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Dermatology/clogged-pores-on-penis/show/240086

It sounds very similar to what you are seeing- when the scab heals up- if you still see it- just go get it looked at by a doctor to confirm what's going on.  Chances are if you have had it your whole life, it's not causing any issues, but it's always worth taking a look.
