Small white painless bumps on penile shaft and on scrotum.

I have many small white bumps on the base of my penile shaft that continue along the penile shaft almost to the head of my foreskin, I am uncircumcised. I've had them for as long as I can remember, probably noticed them when I was a teenager. I am now 20 years old and think maybe I should go for a check up as they seem to be accumulating. They are never itchy and have never developed into anything else.

If they aren't itchy and don't seem to bother you, other then you notice them visually- it's likely nothing to be concerned about.  It's always a good idea to see your doctor for a physical regular, so set up an appointment for that and have them take a look.
