Sore on lips, neck lump, swollen toes and fingers, hard to swallow.

Sorry if I posted this in wrong topic but I don't know where it's supposed to go.

Can somebody please help me explain what's going on with me?

The first thing that happened was that my toes got all swollen. All of them and on both feet. They got big, red and itchy. Now they're less swollen, but still a bit and kinda blue because of the blood.

Next thing that happened was that I got a a lump on my neck (on the right side). It hurts when I touch it or move my head. And it also gave me headache. But it got better now, not as big and doesn't hurt anymore.

After that my throat hurted really really badly everytime I swallowed. It kept me awake in the night because it hurted too much and I had to drink water. But that's better now, it doesn't hurt as much anymore.

But now all my fingers on my right hand is swollen. It's difficult to make a fist. And they are all red and warm.
My lips is usually in good shape and never bleeds. But now I find these weird little round spots on my lips and they bleed when I brush my teeth in the mornings. Lip balm doesn't help.

Please can somebody tell me what's going on? And can I do anything to stop the swelling? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi again! :D
Great news, I don't have rheumatoid arthritis!
It turns out that my fingers were swollen because I've been playing drums. They are better now and so are my lips. I went to see a doctor and she told me I was just temporarily sick.

Thanks for your answer. I'm lucky to not have rheumatoid arthritis. But this was really a wake up call for me. I should take my health more seriously.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms it looks like an autoimmune disease like rheumatoid arthritis. I would suggest you to consult a rheumatologist and get evaluated for your ESR and rheumatoid factor(RA factor) so that a confirmatory diagnosis can be made.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
