Sores on Buttocks

I am a 24 year old male who first noticed a sore between my butt 6 months ago. It does not hurt or itch and the skin under the sore is hard and larger than the visible sore. Recently two more sores developed in the same area between my butt cheeks. Recently they must have been rubbing against my pants and started to bleed.
They are the size of a dime and are all developing close to my butt crack.
I have been with my girlfriend for over a year and half now. A couple months after we were together she was checked out and was told she did not have any sexually transmitted diseases so I thought I was ok and she has not developed any symptoms as I have since.
Could this be a disease that didnt show up when she got the test and still hasn't?
Please help.

My son is having a similar problem, which really sounds like this guy, My son mowed lawns this past Summer and said that the seat of the lawn mower had rubbed the back of his butt and made it really sore, as he rode the lawnmower. He hasn't mowed now for a couple of months, but the sore is still there and now, there are two more that have been added to it. One of them look grey, in color he said. I haven't seen them. He is 16 and been a while since, I seen that butt...unless, you count when he mooned me a while back. lol He is a mess, but a good kid and clean too. I just don't want him to hurt or have any problems with this interfering with his active life in sports.
Could it be something like staph? I wonder @ that...and am making a Doc appt, with a good Derm. ASAP. Although, I must say that he did have staph once before and surprisingly..it was on his butt, but on the outer cheek..not in between the cheeks. I don't know how he done that, unless he sat on a dirty toilet somewhere or touched something and rubbed his hiney, He was only 8 at that time and we know how kids are..They hate washing their hands or washing up period. But, I know now...he is a very clean person everywhere...and definitely keeps himself clean there.
He said that they mostly bleed and there has been a lot of blood with them, from time to time. He said that he wiped after a BM and it was mostly blood. I wished, he would have told me right then...he would have gone to the Hospital, but he knew that...I guess and didn't tell me. He didn't think it was too bad or he would have.
Could it be connected with hemmoriods? I just want to know what direction, to go in.
So, it doesn't itch, it bleeds and has one different color of grey and there is more than one now...there is 3 and he can't sit right either. He slides into a seat, because it is in the upper part of his cheeks...where his Jeans rub it. I hope that you can give me some kind of idea of what this is.
Thank you, Karen

Hello,

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, swollen lymph nodes, rash due to friction rub or haemorrhoids(it sometimes starts as anal lump or rash).
Also possibility of anal warts cannot be ruled out.

In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this and get these lumps evaluated.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
