Spider Bite

I have some type of insect bite (I believe spider) on my stomach that has only gotten larger and itchier in the past few days. I've had all types of insect bites and stings before but never had this reaction.

At first, the bite was slightly elevated and red. It was about the size of a quarter. Over the past few days, it's spread out significantly and is still elevated. It's about the size of 3 quarters. It's also dry and bumpy and has gotten more red.

Does anyone know what type of bite/sting this is? I live in central Ohio. I think these bites or stings were from swimming in the pond. It could be some type of water insect.
