Spot on neck (2 months)

Went to dermatologist and he said he thinks it's "ring worm or fungi". He gave me an anti-fungi and shampoo. I've been on it for 2 weeks and doesn't seem to have changed. Any idea? See picture.

I think you are right, but I had my body checked and it's just this one spot. Most pictures online look like huge outbreaks

it is called tines versicolor or pityriasis, i have it. It can be stopped with the yeast infetion pill dyflucan
