from 2009 i m  having fungul infection on my upper thighs in round shape..red skin,itching, sometimes white very dry..some times red ,,,doctor said its fungul infection, i m using anti fugul cream frm last 1 year & now its 2010 infection comes & goes time by time.. but now in 2010 frm last 3 months i have seen a very big change in it..now my anal area itch a lot at night & when i skretch it i love it & feel comfort &.now my penis & testcile colour is also changing little light in colour sometimes dark..my penis shaft have red itchy rash on the top back of the penis head..now i put ani-fungul cream on it ...that rash also comes & goes, when i take shwer i clean mypenis  with plenty of water & after shwer i noticed white thing little on my testicle & little on the back side of my penis shaft i dnt knw if its fungus or wat later it turns to normal..pls help me wat is this ?? y is this happening to me?? i have never done anal or viganal sex in my life !!!!

From the symptoms the possibilities of fungal infection and tinea cruris definitely needs to be ruled out. For confirmation of the same, I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done. If fungal infection is confirmed then topical and oral antifungals may be needed.
