Strong itching in my anus

I have got this incredible ubearable itchy sensation in my anus and in the whole area even reaching the perineal area. I have 3 weeks dealing with this condition, i already took antiparasitics thinking about pimworms. The itching is there at all moments of the day without stopping and becomes worst when sweating and cleaning the area with toilet paper. I come here asking desesperately because the itch is so annoying. Thanks for the advice

I agree that pinworms are a likely culprit.  They're fairly easy to treat and you could end your misery pretty quickly and easily with over-the-counter meds: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pinworm/symptoms-causes/syc-20376382  (be sure to click the "diagnosis and treatment" tab).

Sounds like intestinal parasites -specifically pinwormz
