Sulcus area of my Penis

My Penis is not circumsized but my penis skin cover goes all the way back and my penis head can be completely seen

I am 28 year old guy. The skin on my penis goes all the way back. and the skin behind the head of my penis is
very soft. When I mastubate or during intercouse (with or without condom )my skin goes back and forth over the head of the penis, I get cuts on this part of the skin. Is there a way to make my skin stronger so that I can have inercourse with freedom?
Plzz let me know

Thanks

I have something similar to this, only there are a few very small red areas on the sulcus ONLY after sex, masturbation (having an erection, in general). Other than that, the spots are pretty normal colored while I do not have an erection. No pain, itching, burning or any other weird symptoms. I have also put white vinegar on the spots numerous times with no change in color, so I'm fairly certain they aren't warts (seeings how I've never had sex with anyone that had them)... that was just me being overly paranoid. As a matter of fact, these red spots only became REALLY visible after I had an hour of masturbation from a former girlfriend. These spots have not changed or gotten any bigger for nearly a year now. Is it possible it could be the blood vessels in the penis reacting a certain way now? Any feedback from REAL doctors is much appreciated.

Hi,
In male human anatomy, the foreskin is a retractable double-layered fold of skin and mucous membrane that covers the glans penis and protects the urinary meatus when the penis is not erect.

The outside of the foreskin is like the skin on the shaft of the penis but the inner foreskin is a mucous membrane like the inside of the eyelid or the mouth. Like the eyelid, the foreskin is free to move. Smooth muscle fibres keep it close to the glans but make it highly elastic. The foreskin is attached to the glans with a frenulum which helps retract the foreskin over the glans.

Frenulum breve is where the frenulum is insufficiently long to allow the foreskin to fully retract, which may lead to discomfort during intercourse. The frenulum may also tear during intercourse.

Your problem could be because of this or it could be normal anatomy but sometimes due to forceful retraction, cuts develop on the foreskin.
You can apply an antiseptic cream on the cuts when it does occur. If you want any further, you will have to get yourself examined by a doctor who will be better able to help you.
