Swollen Toenail that won't grow, Painfull Burning

Something's wrong with my right foot's big toe, it's been swollen for three months and no one seems to know why.

The Symptoms are,

Swelling under the base of the nail on the toenail root
Pain when touched
Stalled Growth of the one toenail
Burning feeling when touched

Other info,

It's not itchy
There's no discoloration
It gets worse with cold
My joints in the toe DON'T hurt in the slightest
Three different types of antibiotics didn't affect it.

It's a mystery. If there's anyone out there who thinks they have an idea of what's going on let me know what your thoughts are.

I would go for the specialist at this point and make an appointment with a podiatrist.

Did you actually have a podiatrist look at it?
