Teen Chicken pox scars

Hi ! im 16 and i have a problem dealing with my already existing chciken pox scars. As a teen things like this affects my self esteem and somehow prevents me from doing things that i used to do. Please can u tell me if there's any safe Derm treatment rather than using unknown solvents. Are laser scar treatments safe and plausible for teens?

Scarring often occurs after chickenpox, especially in older children and adults. The scars are round and “punched-out” in appearance, and are commonly called pock marks. Most pock marks come from spots that were not picked or scratched, and mild cases of chickenpox cause pock marks as often as more severe cases.

To treat chicken pox scars skin specialists first reduce underlying fibrous adhesions and later  either perform a dermal filler or stimulate new collagen growth with  Non Ablative Laser Rejuvenation.

It is also important to understand that the skin has its own repair mechanism and gradually the repair would bring significant change. At the same time, medications have their limitations and there is a limit to which they can benefit.

Problem : i have three moderately revealing scars on my face, started when i was, i think 7 years old and perhaps i may have meddle with some .....so ......I read that varied treatments for this kind of thing varies on ethnicity, im Asian sooo what would you conclude as a possible treatment, direct treatment for this one.  

Im sorry for posting another, i did not completely comprehend the following suggestions and fully understand of the varied causes...i only know it started at age 7 and yet  it still exist til my teen years..... very frustrating... so anywho ty if u reply

Scar marks due to Chicken pox are commonly seen. However, the intensity and spread of these marks may vary. The treatment options are therefore dependent on these factors.

Topical applications and cosmetic treatments are available for this. They may also be available OTC for some users. However, professional advise may be needed in some cases depending on extent of lesions.

Some of these include, appplications such as collagen, microdermabrasion etc..
