Tiny pink specks on skin?

throughout my life i have had teeny tiny pink specks appear on my skin. they are pale, not raised or itchy, and they never come in groups. its always one small individual one on my hand or arm, then it goes away after a while.

it isnt a rash or bug bites, its very small and hard to see. it think they are quite common because i have seen them on many other people.

it isnt anything like keretosis or petechie, just little pink pinprick sized specks, almost under the skin. not raised or itchy, like i said.

any idea?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a small petechiael rash. It can also be due to capillaritis which is characterized by leakage of red blood cells from small, superficial blood vessels that results in pinpoint-like hemorrhages (petechiae). The most common location for capillaritis is the leg, though it may manifest on the trunk and upper extremities.

I suggest you to discuss this possibility with a dermatologist and also get an evaluation done from a hematologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
