Tiny red dot under the skin on forehead

5 years ago I had a spot that turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. It was removed and I have a large scar. Now to the right of it I have a tiny red dot under the skin. It just won’t go away. Should I be concerned?

Does the dot hurt or itch?  How long has it been there?  Does it change in size or shape at all?
