Toddler with blisters ?!? Need help

My LO has these blisters pop up on her on and off, only on the bottom of her feet and the palm side of her hands. They start off as white blisters (looks like no fluid inside) with a red base then hours later the blister turns red (not a blood blister) but like when I push down on the blister it turns yellow which would be her regular palm skin tone . They are completely gone in about 4-5 days. And they never pop open or look infected, or weep fluid . They just gradually go away. Anybody ever had this problem or know what it is?!!
Also they itch, but when I apply rubbing alcohol over it a couple times a day it no longer bothers her at all.
