Torn Foreskin, Red Bumps, and now...

Hi,

I've been reading a bit here and there on this site regarding some strange happenings with my penis, and it's reassuring to know I'm not the only person who has these symptoms (which, no one problem is unique to one person, but you know). So a couple weeks ago, I was having sex with a lady friend of mine, and I tore the bit of skin where my foreskin connects (frenulum?). It wasn't much, just a small, skin-deep tear, just enough to bleed all over creation, and scare me half to death when I went to the bathroom later that night. Also, for the record, I'm uncircumcised.

I get some Neosporin because I can only imagine how much bacteria grows down there, and I have an open wound, I'd best keep it clean. I apply small but generous amounts to the frenulum area, 1-2 times a day. A few days later, the wound slowly but surely heals, but then I start noticing several small, red bumps within my head and foreskin area. I put some Neosporin on my entire head and exposed foreskin a couple times, until I notice them worsening, or at least not going away. I'm thinking maybe Neosporin wasn't meant for this type of skin (pretty sure the skin of your penis is quite different from, say, the skin of your arm) so I stop that, thinking I'm doing more harm than good.

So the bumps go away. By now we're into week two. The cut on my frenulum is still visible, but 90% healed. Two or so days ago, I would notice that my head would randomly itch at times, as if my foreskin is dry, or as if I hadn't cleaned down there in a while, which I do daily. I was cleaning my head with a baby wipe (nothing cleans them better, I've found) and start noticing very small blood spots on said wipe. I noticed a very, very, very fine cut on the bottom of my head (not actually on the head but the foreskin area), as if I'd somehow gotten a paper cut. So, as I'm sitting here, I can feel my head itch, not severely, just enough to be cognizant of said itch, and I'm pretty sure I have at least two or three of these very thin, almost surgical cuts.

I'd invite everyone's opinion, I've only had intercourse one other time since all this began (though I do masturbate 1-2 times a day), and it was with the same person. I'm not noticing any discharge or pain during urination or any discoloration, so I'm taking solace in that and not branding it an STD yet. Still, two weeks and back-to-back(-to-back?) penis problems, all involving cuts or bleeding or bumps, is a bit harrowing. I'm inclined to think it's just the skin is irritated or very fragile right now and I need to leave things be for a few days, but I could be wrong.

Thoughts?
