Unknown Lesions on Groin and base of Penis

Dear Doc,

5 months ago...after sex with a casual, noticed small lesion on pubic area. After a month of thinking it was an ingrown hair and not being bothered I noticed it shredding and I shaved area which made it bleed.. and it became 3 lesions..positioned slightly spaced out heading towards Penis.

Lesions do not have mollascum dimple.. nor does it have wart appearance and it hasnt burst and acted like herpes. No Pain.. No Redness,  slight Itchiness but it also might be because I shave there. There has been a little pain while urinating.

I had a workplace injury which involved a close to severe neck damage, I was under alot of body shock and stress. Lesions broke out to around 15 lesions.. very small around 1-2 mm in diameter. now on baseline of penis... Showed local doctor, He said Warts...Gave me Podophillin (Cant recall exact spelling), been using that for 6 weeks.. it burned and cleared up most lesions, exept the original 3...

Not convinced it was warts, 2nd Doctor took sample and sent away. Came back Negative for Bacterilogical.
STD Clinic Checked symptoms and said, Not Herpes, Not Mollascum, Not Warts...Await testing of blood and Urine.

After Blood and Urine Tests, ALL CLEAR except - Chlamydia Detected...Been Treated with Antibiotics.
Lesions are still Present.

Any Ideas on what I have been exposed to or how to treat symptom?  Even after sample taken, lesion has healed back to its typical state again.. Been told its not noticable generally but to me personally it is very stressful, I've been to a few doctors now and they dont seem too bothered about it.

Neither am I.  I assume that the second doctor took a biopsy sample and sent it to the lab.  If that test didn't show warts or molluscum, then you should forget about the remaining marks.  They may be leftover scarring from irritation or whatever and may well go away by themselves over a period of 6 months if you leave them alone.

Take care.

hi. i'm 18 yrs old. i had these lesions on the skin of my scrotum. it really itch and sometimes painful. it secretes clear fluid secretions. it seem like a slice in the skin of my scrotum. the lesion is red and crust. some lesions heal, yet some lesions come back. i had have these lesions for about for 4 years and 6 months now. i have never been into sexual contact with anyone. what is this? could this be herpes? or other STD's? or just a simple rash?

please help. i really don't know what to do. i keeps on coming back.

hoping for a helpful reply. thank you.

God bless.

Just been to a doctor I finally feel I can have faith in, he reckons their warts and their just smaller and more difficult to recognise compared to all the nasty ones he's seen. He applied some nitrogen and they reacted like small warts. I cant believe its taken THIS LONG... for a doctor to just DO SOMETHING!!

The Chlamydia still requires some longer treatment to get rid of as I've had it for over 6 months he thinks. So tablets are taking care of that.

So Im now feeling hopeful this ordeal is sorting itself out and I've morphed into Condom man full time from now on, no matter how good looking she is.

Thankyou DR ROCKOFF, its great to talk out issues on here.
