Unknown Red Rash/Blemishes on Face (Pics)

I have a red rash/cluster of blemishes on my chin that has extended up my cheek and under my chin. They are not itchy or painful, just unsightly. It has been present for a couple of months now. I have tried everything to get rid of them--zit cream, tea tree oil, Metronidazole cream, homeopathic rosacea gel, eczema cream, Desitin, and calamine lotion. Nothing seems to help. I did not change my makeup, laundry detergent, or skin care products before it began. I have fair, sensitive skin as well. Can anyone offer insight into what it may be?

Thank you for your response. The rash/cluster of blemishes is doing quite well. I began washing my face with a soap that contains sea buckthorn oil and  applying a topical homeopathic psoriasis gel. While the area is a little dry, it is much less red and is beginning to lose its bumpy texture.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These rashes can be due to perioral dermatitis. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
