Hi was wondering if you guys could help me out. As you can see by the title ive got these scabs and i dont know how they happened. One day everything was fine up until the afternoon when i looked in the mirror and had a scab on my cheek and was confused how it appeared. I thought that was pretty fast for a scab to appear if i did hurt myself without knowing somehow which i think i didnt. So after not knowing i guess i put it off hoping it would go away and everything would be fine, but today 3 scabs appeared on my upper lips and they sting a little. So im worried i dont what it is and im afraid it'll keep spreading. PLEASE HELP
