Warm sensation + smelly odor inner thighs

So this has been happening since the beginning of 2017,  everytime I sit down my inner thighs get really hot and it's very uncomfortable. Tbh that's not even the worst part, the worst part is the Odor as soon and I feel heat I starts to smell really bad my classmates and teachers can smell its just very embarrassing. Also this summer I went to the dermatologist and I have  Pityriasis rosea I tried looking up if that had to do with my heat problem and odor problem but I can't find anything. This post is my last hope I lost most of my friends cause of this and this is my last year of high school I just really don't want this to happen when I go to college. Just to let you guys know I am a 16 year old girl and I take proper baths. Every where else smells fine and feels fine it's just but thighs. Please can someone please help. I'm tired of going to the doctors.
