Wart thing on my penis

Hi
I have this strange wart looking thing on my penis and i was hoping someone could tell me, what exactly it is, if its of any danger and most of all, how to get rid of it. Thanks in advance.

It is located just behind my head, directly on top of the shaft. It has been there for a little while now (over a year) and hasn't seemed to changed drastically since appearing apart from MAYBE getting the tiniest bit bigger over this time.
Currently it is about 2/3mm is size.
I'm not sure if this is of any relevance but i was circumcised a few years ago.

I have attached some pictures of it

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a genital wart or some benign skin growth. There is currently no FDA-approved test to detect HPV in men. Genital warts can be diagnosed through visual examination of the penis and surrounding areas. So get it examined from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
