Water filled vesicles or blisters on all over body even in lips what it is!?

I have got small very    clear water blisters all over the body 3 weeks before. They are not itchy at the first i met gp he say and told me they are herpes but thing is i got  get single single blisters only didn't get any cluster of blisters in anywhere of my body so i checked with dermatologist he told me its chicken pox then two days later it becomes red some more tiny blisters appears and scap over they were red in colour but previous ones were still water filled only few were bit big. After taking acyclovir for 3days no new blisters appeared but after two days i got one in face then i cont.. medication for two more days that becomes 8 days then after also big ones didnt drain and scap over. Atlast 12th day everything drained either by own pr by pressure while sleeping. So i came back to work place which is some what hotter than my hometown and here i got some vesicles on my hands which were similar to the ones i got earliar. Im afraid because i got one in lower lip and 4 in biceps. What it is will herpes comes as single blisters or I'm not yet immune to chicken pox or else this ones are different!! Also im getting some small skin coloured bumps with spight pain

Did you have a fever or any other symptoms with the blisters?   Sounds like it might be time to go back to the doctor and have them take another look.
