Weird bump

I've been washing my hands AMD sanitizing them a lot due to stress and I found this bump. Any idea what it might be.

Just wanted to check in to see how you were doing?  Were you able to get to a doctor?  How has the stress been?

Oh thanks, I have had OCD for about 16 years; I'm 24 ATM. I think it was caused by washing my hands too much and the cold weather. I've been getting similar ones and apparently I got contact dermatitis from all the washing. Thanks for checking up on me.

I didn't check out the photo as it's not a good idea to tell you what's happening from a photo- always best to get to a doctor in person and see what they have to say- but based on the information you gave, the bump could be something to do with your hand washing.  It sounds like you might have some anxiety in the mix- I'd highly recommend seeing a doctor about that to see if that can give you some peace.  If the bump doesn't go away after the excessive washing stops, definitely have a doctor check on that as well.
