Weird palm rash

Hi,for the last few months I've noticed a weird discoloration on the palms of my hands. At first I ignored it,but now it has gotten worse. I used to have cold hands, but now my hands are very warm all the time and i have this weird looking discoloration. Sometimes it itches and gets worse when it's hot outside and the palms sweat. It's summer here,so they're sweaty and rashy all the time,it has become embarrassing . I've been to the doctor and she said it's nothing,a sweat glands dysfunction and that I should increase vitamin B intake. I eat alot of cheese, eggs, meat so i think i already take enough of vitamin b.Tried googling it,but found nothing. I'm grateful for any piece of info that can help. I've made 2 pictures of it...

No triggers,I've never had any skin reaction, allergies to anything before. I wash my hands as frequently as before, same soap, can't think of any 'new' substance i'm in contact with that could be the cause. Only new things are more stress and more cigarettes, dunno if that can manifest on palms of the hands. :)

About vitamin B,I haven't had it assessed. But when I say I eat alot of vitamin B food,I really mean alot. Meat, cheese, milk, eggs are my main diet.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi.

I saw the images and they do appear reddish and appeared a little inflamed. There are no vesicles or scaling present which may suggest a dermatitis. However, one thing to consider here may be a contact dermatitis or irritant dermatitis. Contact or allergic dermatitis may present with redness or itchiness not necessarily with the vesicles and blisters. Are there any known triggers which may possible cause this like detergents, lotions or some chemicals which may lead to this? Do you have any known exposure to any of these possible irritants?

Have you had your vitamin B levels assessed just to have a deficiency of this ruled out?
