Weird reddish brown spots.

I have these reddish brown "spots" I would call them a type of rash, but, they do not itch or burn, they are located under my breast, both sides of my body, the back and near my neck. I have tried a lot of topical solutions, they do not help. I have had them for years, no doctor knows what they are or what causes them, it seems it should be so obvious, but, I guess not. I do have a lot of anxiety and stress, but even when I am calm, I have them. I have had all kinds of allergy test, they come back negative as well. I am stymied, anyone else have this problem?

Oh, I did do a Google search a while back, the only picture that came even close was one of "spongy hives" but, like I said, they do not itch, are not really raised at all, they are flat, and I have had them for many many years.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms can be due to pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you for your reply Dr Kaur.

I do not have any itching associated with this rash, nor do I have a low grade fever, headache nausea, or fatigue. The doctors that I have shown this too have no idea as to what they are or what is causing them. I do notice they seem to be darker when I am warm or stressed.
