What are the red lines on my hand and the reddish dot on arm?

About a month and a half ago, an orange dot appeared on my arm, slightly raised. It did not itch nor did it burn. I assume it was a bug bite based on the two small fang-like marks in the middle. It went away and is now a light red patch on the side of my skin. No matter what acne medication I use or how much aloe I put on it, it doesn't go away.

Furthermore, the lines in between my skin on top of my hand are light red. I have to stretch my skin to really see it, but it concerns me. It's only on my right hand. I put some lotion on it and it helped, but it did not rid me of it.

I'm worried they're something worse even though I've had STI testing numerous times (all negative) along with skin cancer testing (negative) and I've had no other "symptoms". What could they be?
