What are the tiny crater like holes in my lover lip?
I woke up with a the left center of my bottom lip swollen and covered in the these tiny crater like holes. I have uploaded a photo of it on my profile. If anyone could please give some info on what it is, please help. There is also some soreness under the right side of my chin, which I assume are swollen lymph nodes.

If you are seeing swollen lymph nodes in addition- it's a really good idea to get to a doctor so this can be treated properly. You will also want to make sure that the area where the 'craters' are stays clean- in order to keep other germs from getting in there.
