What are these bumps on my arms?
I have these itchy, mostly flesh colored (some red) bumps that covered my arms and parts of my chest. No new medication, lotion, food, exposure to the great outdoors, etc. I took a steroid and it knocked it out, but it's slowly returning with a few bumps here and there. I have attached a link to a photo. Please help! It's embarrassing!
