What are these on my testicles?
My testicles started to dry and peel a week ago and I think that was because of the gluta soup I’ve been using. I’m HIV positive and my CD4 now is 298 last time I’ve checked so I thought the soup was just too harsh for me. Anyway, it got itchy so I scratched it and today I got wound type and all thought the day they multiplied and getting big or ripe i dont know. If you could recommend any remedies or ointment I can buy? When I feel them they feel like theyre like a ball o something that has liquid inside like a fresh wound has. The green ones.

It's probably a good idea to have a doctor take a look so that the cause of the peeling can be known for sure- if it was the soap or another cause. Also if your wound is getting worse, definitely have a doctor take a look. You don't want to mess with an infection from a wound like that.
