What are these red circular marks?

My 20 year old daughter has this red circular marks with white center.  The marks are flat and appear not to be insect bites.  A photo is attached.  Does anyone know what these marks are?

Thanks in advance,
Willis

Be sure to have it evaluated as a potential tick infection.  The symptoms can be similar to those Dr. Kaur outlyied above for askin conditions or ringworm.  Absent your actually capturing and delivering the insect to the health care provider current  protocol calls difinatively ruling out familiar alternatives before considering testing for tick related pathology.  The description of a red swollen ring with a center infection also parallels a bite.  It is not uncommon to have multiple ticks feed on a host on a given night after earlier exposure hitching a ride into the house.  The tiny hatchlings are easily overlooked by the naked brought unsuspectingly by the family pet into a bed thereafter only attaching for as little as fifteen minutes before dropping off for a few days of growth subsequently molting and ready to feed again.   Contrary to current protocol which has not caught up with a better understanding of geographic spread along with a broader range illness vectored, I believe early consideration is appropriate.  With prompt treatment the majority of infections can be successfully treated while the two to four week lag or simple overlooked possibility can lead to irreversible consequences on a for life including shortened expectancy.

Looks like ringworm to me. My kids have had it a few times. We just used anti-fungal cream on it and it went away rather quickly.

For eczema we use a cortizone cream with steroid, which will make a ringworm grow rapidly, just FYI.

Good luck

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be discoid pityriasis rosea, eczema or ringworm.

Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

No treatment is usually required. In most patients, the condition lasts only a matter of weeks or months(upto six months)

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.Other possibilities have to be ruled out then.
I hope that helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how your daughter is doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
