What are these round dark brown pimple-like bumps on my arm?

I have skin bumps in a round shape, the bumps are dark brown(my skin color is brown) and they are not quite raised but not quite flat either. They are on the inside of my upper arm. I have 2 sets of round bumps and 1 set of bumps not qiute round but in a custer. They look like little pimples but do not hurt or itch. I have tried acne wash, tea tree organic oil treatment, and a medicine insect bite treatment. Its been about 2 months and the custer bumps have faded a little but the other 2 round shape bumps have not. I started noticing these bumps appear after i was taking skin/hair/nail vitamin pills i have since stop taking those pills but the bumps are not clearing up and its been months. Ive looked on WedMD but nothing quite fits the symptoms, what could this be and how do i treat it?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
From the symptoms they sound like folliculitis skin. Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph). They usually respond to topical antibiotics and steroids.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
