What are these small painless, non-itchy, skin colored bumps on my butt?

I notice two or three small raised skin colored-light pink bumps on my butt a month ago. Since then I've noticed more. They don't hurt or itch... i don't even notice them until I feel for them. I typically pick at them and then they get red and inflamed but typically settle back down the next morning. They're just not cute to look at and seem to be multiplying.

I've googled everything and cannot figure it out!! I've been tested for STDs had nothing.

What could this be?
