From the symptoms the possibility of pompholyx needs to be ruled out. Pompholyx is also called dyshidrotic eczema. It is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off.
Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps. You can also apply 1%hydrocortisone cream on the effected area. Try taking Vitamin C along with this treatment. Vitamin C is a general anti-allergy supplement. If the symptoms persist then oral steroids are needed for which I suggest you to consult a doctor.

I have been experiencing the same thing and I can't find answers anywhere online. I have an appointment with my dermatologist but it's two months out. They don't bother me that much but it's just freaking me out not know what the cause is.

After reading this forum I feel a little better about not being the only one with this problem. Recently I under went a lot of major stress because of a major life change. I noticed that I would get a blister here a there on my palms and fingers but really didn't notice them until now. I now have blisters all over my fingers, palms and a little on my wrists. These blisters look white and itch like crazy and then seem to disappear, turn brown and peel off. What is this and what should I do. I feel embarrased and really don't like showing my hands anymore. Please help!

RECENTLY HAD A DOCTOR TELL IT WAS TERMINAL,, IN OTHER WORDS IT WAS JUST ME DIEING, AND, THAT HE COULD PUT ME ON THINNER, BUT, IT WOULD BE MY FATE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I LAFFED AND RAN OUT OF HIS OFFICE, AND, NO I DIDN'T PAY HIS BILL, BUT, TOOK MY OWN ADVICE.
DID A QUICK ANALYSIS, REALIZED I WAS USING TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH GARLIC SALT AND BANG, MY ANKLES, FEET, AND LEGS SWELLED UP, YES, LOOKED LIKE I WAS DYING. BUT, JUST BACKED OFF THE GARLIC SALT AND PRESTO, 6 MOS LATER EVERYTHING CAME BACK TO NORMAL. AFTER DRINKING MOSTLY WATER FOR MUCH OF THAT TIME.
NEXT, BRACE YOURSELF, GET UP OFF THE COUCH AND DO A LITTLE WORKOUT, ONCE IN A WHILE. LIKE AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 2 HOURS, TAKE 2 MINUTES AND DO SOME HIP ROLLS, TOUCH YOUR TOES, PUSH UPS, LEG STRETCHES, ETC. I NEVER DO MORE THAN 2 AT ONE SESSION, USE YOUR IMAGINATION TO DETERMINE WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU. THE AIM IS NOT EXHAUSTION, BUT, EXHILIRATION. YOU SHOULD AIM TO RAISE YOUR HEART RATE A LITTLE. AS YOU GET MORE USED TO IT YOU WILL FIND YOUR BALANCE. AND, NO YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUN 2 MILES OR AROUND THE BLOCK 5 TIMES. THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT FOR YEARS, AND, I CONSEQUENTLY DID NOTHING. THOUGH I DID PLAY BASKETBALL FOR 2-4 HOURS, 3-5 NIGHTS OR DAYS A WEEK, ALMOST MY ENTIRE LIFE, I NEVER DID THE JOGGING THING. HOWEVER, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND, AND DID, RIDE A BIKE A LOT. YOU KNOW PUT A SET OF HEADPHONES ON AND TURN UP THE VOLUME AND GET ON AND TAKE OFF FOR 10 MINUTES OR EVEN A COUPLE HOURS. YEP, THAT'S ME. AND, 2 OR 3 TRIPS A WEEK AND YOU WILL GET IN SHAPE, I GUARANTEE.
DO THESE BASIC THINGS FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND SEE IF EVERYTHING DOESN'T GO AWAY OR AT LEAST IMPROVE.

My general impression of this malady, the very small bubbles on fingers, knuckles, and some other is probably a dietary insufficiency. Most likely, in my case at least, fruit, Vitamin C??? JUST HAVEN'T BEEN PAYING ATTENTION, YA KNOW. So, back to the store I go and an apple, orange, peach, banana, etc each day for a couple weeks or months and we'll see. MAYBE I LIVE, MAYBE I DIE. WORSE THINGS HAVE HAPPENED!!! LLLLLLLLLLLLLMAO!!! SEE Y'ALL!!!
