What can you do to reverse skin atrophy?

What can be used to help repair skin that has suffered atrophy from the use of strong topical steroid creams? Or is it just something only time will heal? I've tried vitamin creams, emu oil, even Elidel with no real results! So then what really works?

May be external application of ammonium lactate.Do consult your doc.
