What could it be?

Hi there.
I'm a bit worried about something I have in one of my breasts, something apeared some years ago, like a wart, but much more softer and wrinkled.
That 'wart' is getting bigger and bigger and I don't know what it is, i've searched for an answer but I dont seem to find what it is.
Its color tends do be pink, like my skin tone but yesterday it was itchy so I took a look on it and it's a lot bigger, swollen and black in some areas, it hurts too.
It also seems to have 'bubbles' of air inside, I don't really can explain but it's bothering me a lot cause I've read it can be signs of breast or skin cancer (I'm 18 years old by the way)
Please help me ... and sorry for my english if I made some mistakes.

Looks like a "Venous lake" or Hemangioma.
Do consult your doc, to be sure.
