What could this skind condition on my penis be?

Dear Doctor,

You can find the history behind my case by looking at my previous postings. Short version: received unprotected oral from CSW 28th of June. July 13th red rash appeared on penis Glands but disappeared in 2 days by applying hydrocortisone 1%.

Now today (6th August) the same rash has returned but different location on my penis. The rash is red but does not itch or emit any fluids. There is no pain.

There are no extra bumps on the red patch. I am uncircumsized and my entire penis glands is covered by tiny bumps but these have always been there. These bumps are pronounced on the red patch but are no bigger than elsewhere on the glands.

I already have a doctor's appointment for tomorrow so I will get some opinion quite soon.

So of course I'm worried it's herpes but I don't have any other symptoms. The red area is not raised and looks more like it's beneath the skin than on top.

Could it be yeast or fungal?
