What is happening with my skin? Rash / pimples

Hello there, I have a dermatology appointment scheduled 3 weeks from now, but am a little concerned with what is going on with me. I am not sure if there is a way to add photos here, but what has started 3 days ago is a rash on my chest, arms, stomach, and legs. It is tons of tiny little red dots everywhere, and about a dozen or so things that seem like pimples, and some are dry. I have a cat but I have had her for months and nothing like this has happened. I am also in a new state with bad seasonal allergies, and it just went from 55 to 85 at the same time that this started. I don't know if this is a heat rash, or if seasonal allergies can do things to the skin as well as sinuses?

Does this sound familiar at all?

My had a pimple like rash on my inner forearm from toxic mould. I have many other symptoms from neurological to respiratory.
