What is in my face?

I had what I thought was a black head or ingrown hair on my face but when I went to pluck it.. it would not come out. It left a long mark on my face like a scratch. Then I got the same thing on the corners of my mouth and chin.. same thing like a scratch Then it appears that my eyes are swelling but just my eyebrows. I just recently seen whatever it is move in my eyebrows. I don't know what is burrowed under my skin I have been using alcohol, peroxide, and tea tree oil and it's helping a little. Also when I wash my face, there is this white weird residue I believe that these things are leaving behind out of fear? I have seen them under black lights and they glow. I just need to permanently get rid of these things. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sure this is frustrating to have this going on and not have a solution- have you been to a doctor to get it diagnosed?  I encourage you to take that step of seeing a medical professional so that they can tell you for sure what this is and how to treat it.
