What is the problem when there are black spots on the breast?

My sister was 14 years old when she started having black dots around her left nipple. The dots where not forming lumps but instead, they were the same with the healing wounds on the skin (the clotted covering on the skin before a wound heals) and they appear like a flat skin mole. It started with only one dot and she taught it was a dirt so she forcefully removed it and the next days, she observed that the areas around her nipple started to produce liquids but I'm not sure if it is a pus but the liquid is yellowish. She covers the infected area with tissue and to dry it up but the situation remains the same for a long time. My aunt gave her an ointment after she told us about her situation and the ointment worked. Her breast went back to its original state but lately, this January, she told me that there are again black dots forming around her nipples only that it was on the other breast already. The right breast, which was not formerly infected, is secreting yellowish fluids and the left breast which was formerly infected is now again surrounded with black spots, even on the opening of her nipple.

I've been searching for a similar condition on the internet but I can't find one. So I thought of citing this kind of situation to hear some news from the experts to see if my sister already need to seek medical assistance from doctors.

Thank you for any advise!

Hi,
I doubt very much that your sister’s black dots on her areola have anything to do with breast cancer.
The skin of the areola, has sebaceous or oil glands that occasionally can get clogged with dead skin cells and some amount of dirt, just like pores on the face or any other part of the body. I would advise your sister not to touch the area as it could cause an infection.
Also a variety of skin conditions could be responsible for what you describe, such as, genetics, Petechiae, Seborrheic Keratoses etc. and sometimes the cause is unknown.
I would recommend that your sister go see a dermatologist who should be able to help sort this out for her. The Doctor may prescribe medications to prevent dead skin cells from accumulating and also to remove oil build up.
Best wishes to you both.

Good to know that it has nothing to do with breast cancer. Thank you very much for the advise.
More powers and God bless. :)
