What is this Small white bump in my lower lip?

I make out with a girl and then a week and half later....

So here I go. One night Back in feb 2018 right below my lower lip I ended up scratching the hell out of where my lower lip meets my chin for a few seconds. Next day a white head pimple appears.i pop it and the following day my lower lip swells up.after a few days go by I see a doctor in the er and they diagnose me with cellulitis of the lip. I take the h49 for two days but my lip seemed it was getting worse. I go back to the er and JUST BY LOOKING at it they say I have herpes. 2 and a half weeks go by and my lip finally goes back to normal while taking herps medicine.my lip looks almost perfectly fine but that's when this white bump appears in my lip almost seems rooted connecting to the one right beneath my lip. Anyways I'm thinking it's a cold sore coming in. I take herpes meds on multiple occasions but it won't go away.i decide not to see the doctor until I get health insurance.
5 months pass.
I finally get health insurance get tested for every std and guess what? I test negative for everything including HERPES 1 AND 2!
When i saw My md before the std test she said it wasnt a coldsore but said it might be a wart and that she didnt know what it was and to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. Can a dermatologist determine whether or not it is a wart?(hpv) or a cyst? What is the likely hood of it being a wart,cyst,or whatever please anyone help!!!

P.s. I never asked that girl if she had warts on her lip. I was too embarrassed. Anyway I'm going to see a dermatologist soon.

It's a good plan to get to the dermatologist from this point, the dermatologist should be able to help you- they deal with spots like this a lot more then a general practitioner would.
