What is this rash on my face and body?

I am a 24 year old white male. I consider myself in very good health and condition. I exercise 6-7 times per week and eat a fairly consistent and clean diet. For the past two and a half weeks, I have been plagued with a red, scaly, dry, splotchy rash on my forehead and below my eyes on either side of my nose. It is also on my arms, legs, stomach and back in the form of circular, dry, scaly, raised lesions. There are also 2 linear skin lesions on my right tricep/lattisimus dorsi that appear red, raised, scaly. I also have severe dandruff now. My PCP initially prescribed prednisone in case it was an allergic reaction--no changes. I had blood drawn and STD testing/urinalysis--all normal and negative. I also requested an ANA for fear of lupus or RA-- also came back negative. The rash normally does not itch but can be itchy on occasion on my body but not my face. I have no fever, fatigue, joint pain, muscle pain, nausea, diarrhea or any other serious symptoms. I will say that I am in a very competitive, stressful school program for physical therapy but have always felt like I handle my stress well--I could be wrong. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks
