Horrible rash in intergluteal cleft (butt crack)
I have a horrible beet red rash in my intergluteal cleft (butt crack). It itches and the skin sometimes cracks/flakes. I sit in an office chair a lot and it actually got better without treatment while I was in Vegas for a week (very dry in the desert). Now that I'm back in the humidity, it got worse even with fungal cream. I'd be willing to send a picture since I really need help with it; the Urgent Care doctor could not identify the issue & I don't have insurance. Thanks!!!
