I got a new tattoo on my shoulder/chest about a month and and a half ago. There are areas in the tattoo feel and itch like a rash. I'm also seeing other places this itchy rash is occurring like under my armpits. Also I am getting numerous reoccurring pimples on my chest, arm and stomach area. What is causing these symptoms?
