What's this circular red rashes in my groin line and groin area?

Hi, Hello,

I'm Dreigh 20years old from Southeast Asia, i' had these small circular rashes that's so itchy and painful, accompanying with this is another circular coin-sized red rashes that tends to be scaly, aside from this on my groin line  area near the 1st 2 round rashes are a line of red rashes that's so painful and itchy,
i used to place a clotrimazole (antifungal cream) coz i thought it's a jock itch... hay,..

i'm scared because it may be an STD or related health problems or diseases, haven't check for an appointment for a physician, can you help me identify what's these red rashes on my body, i'm scared coz my current girlfriend is already 2months pregnant, does it have an effect to our new baby?

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be nummular dermatitis or ringworm. Nummular dermatitis is a sort of eczema and ringworm is due to fungal infection. The painful bumps can be due to infected hair follicles, boils or abscess.

Apply warm compresses on the boil and keep the area clean.Drainage of the boil is done only when it becomes soft and forms a head.Take some over the counter pain reliever and consult a doctor for examination and antibiotics prescription.

My sincere advice is to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
